Google Held Liable For Defamatory Contents By Australian Court

In an order that is both embarrassing and eye opener for Google, an Australian court has held Google liable for publication of defamatory images. Although Google tried to use its favourite trump card of being an online service provider (OSPs) yet it failed to realise that it cannot enjoy safe harbour immunity if it do not comply with its conditions.
